Morocco is magical. For decades, I’ve been drawn to Moroccan weddings and spoiled with photographing a couple of myself. There’s nothing like a normal Moroccan fete – colorful decoration in ornate palaces, dramatic gown modifications, and enormous tiered cakes. Today’s motivation celebrates these regal old-fashioned Moroccan elements catered into the contemporary few.
Benefiting from her vacation house, Charlotte Ricard of Los Angeles Fete designed and planned a bridal styled shoot complement Moroccan royalty. The palace that is stunning filled up with colorful florals, textiles, treats and balloons and combined with luxe antique gold and silver lanterns, tables and crockery. Six tiers seemed sufficient for this type of royal occasion – the original dessert, in bright candy colors and gilded therefore ornately, is definitely an absolute showstopper.
