DALLAS — A service for a woman shot inside her house with a Fort Worth police that were planned for was canceled amid a family dispute over funeral arrangements saturday.
Atatiana Jefferson’s funeral have been set become held at Potter’s home Church in Dallas. Church agent Mara Silverio stated the solution hasn’t been rescheduled, but that no activities could be held for her Saturday.
The headlines follows a judge’s choice Friday to issue a temporary restraining purchase wanted by Marquis Jefferson, the daddy of Atatiana Jefferson. The daddy sought your order to get control over the funeral arrangements of their child from their daughter’s aunt, Bonita Body.
Lee Merritt, Body’s lawyer, had said on Facebook that the “celebration of life” would continue Saturday, but he later tweeted that the funeral have been “postponed” and that “updated information regarding the reschedule would be supplied when it becomes available.”
